Simple and easy to make dog ice cream with ingredients you probably already have at home!
How to Make Ice Cream for Dogs
This is ridiculously easy! Add all three of the ingredients (banana, yogurt, and peanut butter) to a blender and blend until creamy. You can also do this in a big bowl with a hand mixer or simply by hand if you’re ready to put a little muscle into it.
The mixture is then poured into whatever mold you have on hand. In the image is a paw print mold from Amazon BUT you can also use ice cube trays and mini tupperware containers. They all work great and your dogs won’t care either way.
ingredients
- 16 oz of plain yogurt
- 1 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup of dog safe peanut butter (you could use a bit less if desired)
instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Once all of the ingredients are blended, pour the mixture into your desired containers for freezing.
- Place in the freezer for at least a few hours to harden.
- Feed to your pups and enjoy their excitement and gratitude.
