East side has saved my dog’s life three times now! I am so impressed with how thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable this medical center is. I came in recently because my dog had an ear infection and they took the time not only to look into his ears but to check the rest of his body. I appreciate that they care about my whole dog and not just the part that I visited them about. I highly recommend Eastside for anyone who loves their dog as if they were family!!! - Melissa B.

All of the doctors at Eastside took such good care of our cat and did everything possible for him. His kidney failure was missed by his vet in CA and the stress of our move sent him over the edge. He became so ill 2 days after we arrived here in GA. Eastside did everything to save him and make him more comfortable but his kidney failure was too far progressed so we decided to let him go. Even at the end their treatment was amazing. There was no stress for our cat and I held him as the medication was administered so he wasn't afraid. He went to sleep so very peaceful, wrapped in a towel. I can't thank this group of doctors enough for their amazing care and compassion. - L & F S.
The vet and her staff were amazing at calming me, explaining everything, and in general being awesome to my cat. He swallowed a bunch of hairties and needed surgery, they got him in the same day and walked me through every step. I appreciate them explaining and being patient. This being my first cat, I'm super picky about his care. Couldn't recommend these people enough. - R. S. S.
I can't think of any negative things to say about Eastside Animal Medical Center. I had an emergency with my dog and they took excellent care of her from the moment I got her there to the moment I picked her up. They kept me informed and were understanding and caring. Yes it was expensive (I actually got a refund for some things) but when its an emergency you (I) don't have time to shop around for "cheapest" or "affordable" care. Eastside is not my normal doctor but if I have an emergency again at a time my normal vet is not open I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you for taking care of my sweet Petrol. - Amanda M.

Dr. Bacon and her staff were amazing with the care of my pup. They graciously took my little one in for an emergency surgery when no one would. Prior to surgery, Dr. Bacon sat with me and gave me all my options and outcomes and walked through the entire process of recovery with me. I’m grateful for these amazing people and so is Salem. We had an amazing experience at Eastside Animal Medical Center. We are from out of town and they saw our little dog the day I called. He has been suffering with an issue with a foot, the doctor and staff were so kind and treated us so well! Our dog showed improvement within days, we received a follow up call the day after we saw the doctor to check on how Toby was doing.
